Product Overview
ZLG CANFDNET series products are high-performance industrial Ethernet and CAN(FD)-bus data conversion equipment developed by Guangzhou Zhiyuan Electronics Co., Ltd. It integrates 1/2/4 channel CAN(FD)-bus interface, 1 channel Common Ethernet interface, and 1-channel automotive 2-wire Ethernet meet the OPEN Alliance BroadR-Reach specification.
CANFDNET series products can work in the temperature range of -40℃～85℃. The maximum baud rate of CAN FD is 5Mbps. Ethernet has TCP Server, TCP Client, UDP and other working modes. Through the configuration software, users can flexibly set It also has a mature and stable TCP/IP protocol stack, users can easily complete the interconnection between CAN (FD) network and Ethernet network by using it, and further expand the scope of CAN-bus network.
* Support baud rate 40K~5Mbps, baud rate can be configured arbitrarily;
* Support different controller types: CAN, CANFD ISO or CANFD Non-ISO;
* Support software terminal resistance switch;
* Support packet filtering function;
* Support millisecond-level timing sending;
* Support bus utilization reporting;
* Working mode: TCP Server, TCP Client, UDP;
* Supports up to two TCP Servers, each server supports up to 16 connections; or supports up to 16 TCP Client or UDP connections;
* Each mode can choose to specify CAN (FD) channel message and error message upload, which can be flexibly applied in various occasions;
* The TCP Server/Client mode connection has a built-in TCP keep-alive mechanism to ensure the reliability of the TCP connection;
* In TCP Client mode, it will automatically reconnect after the network is disconnected, and the TCP connection will be
established reliably;
* In UDP mode, it supports multicast, IP segment and other operations to support multiple users to control multiple CAN (FD)channels at the same time;
* Support TCP/IP protocols including IP, ARP, ICMP, UDP, DHCP, DNS, TCP;
* Flexible CAN (FD) packet settings to meet various packet requirements of users;
* The data communication protocol is open, and the secondary development interface function library is provided (supports Windows and Linux platforms);
* You can use the configuration tool to configure the working parameters, and provide the configured secondary development interface function library (supports Windows and Linux platforms);
* Support TCP/UDP data conversion between vehicle Ethernet and Ethernet;
* Support local system firmware upgrade.
