Product Overview
EtherCATNET-100M is a multifunctional EtherCAT master controller device, with an EtherCAT bus transmission rate of up to 100Mb/s, which can achieve real-time control and data transmission of closed-loop servo systems. It has the advantages of high performance, high transmission speed, and high reliability communication. Integrated 2-way EtherCAT interface with cable redundancy.
The EtherCAT master database is provided in the form of a dynamic link library (so) under Linux, which can achieve functions such as EtherCAT master control. The main station can start the main station RPC server through the function library, and RPC clients can connect to the main station RPC server through the network to control the main station to complete EhterCAT related functions.
The function library contains zecm_ Zh. h header file and libzecm.so dynamic connection library file. Zecm_ The zh. h file contains the data types, data structures, and function declarations of the EtherCAT master station. When developing a custom master station, users need to configure a cross compilation environment to download the compiled program to the master station, and run the compiled program on the master station to complete the communication control function of EtherCAT.
* The system adopts Xlinx's Zynq XC7Z015 dual core Cortex ®- A9+FPGA high-performance processor, with a main frequency of 766MHz.
* Integrate two gigabit universal Ethernet interfaces, two dedicated EtherCAT interfaces, one CAN (FD) interface, one RS-485 interface, two USB2.0 interfaces, one HDMI interface, one RS-232 interface, one SD card interface, and two DI/DO digital input and output;
* Using 1GB storage space DDR3, the clock frequency can reach 533MHz;
* Integrated 16GB industrial grade EMMC, non prone to data loss due to power failure;
* Built in RTC, which can complete timing or event recording functions when powered off;
* Adopting large-scale programmable device FPGA, real-time multitasking control technology and hardware interpolation technology, it has high stability during operation;
* 12-36V DC power supply voltage, with isolation and built-in rectifier bridge;
* Working temperature: -40~+85 ℃;
* Rated power consumption: 5W.
