ZLG CANFDDTU-200UWG is a professional industrial-grade vehicle CAN (FD)-bus data recorder and wireless terminal developed for automotive electronics rail transit and other industrial fields. Adopting domestic high-performance RISC-V core microcontroller with a main frequency of up to 816MHz it integrates 2 independent CAN FD channels complying with ISO11898 standard and supports 4G data cloud upload and dual GPS/Beidou positioning. It can realize long-term offline recording of CAN FD and CAN2.0A/B message data and real-time remote data transmission providing an all-round data acquisition and analysis solution for on-site bus fault diagnosis and vehicle road test.

  1. High-Performance CAN FD Communication
     
    Equipped with 2 CAN FD channels with DB9 interface the arbitration ID segment baud rate is 40K~1Mbps and the data segment accelerated baud rate is 100K~5Mbps. It supports 4000 frames per second data reception per channel and the 120Ω terminal resistor can be enabled via special configuration tools fully meeting the high-speed and high-density data acquisition requirements of industrial CAN bus.
     
  2. 4G Real-Time Remote Data Upload
     
    Built-in 4G wireless communication module it can collect CAN FD and LIN bus data in real time and upload it to the designated cloud server. Engineers can view vehicle road test data such as instrument parameters oil temperature oil pressure and motor speed remotely and issue control instructions realizing remote monitoring and debugging of on-site equipment.
     
  3. Dual GPS/Beidou Precise Positioning
     
    Integrated with GPS/Beidou positioning module it can optimize the trajectory algorithm in real time to obtain the real-time speed longitude and latitude of the vehicle and upload the positioning data to the cloud synchronously. It provides accurate spatial and temporal labels for bus data recording which is convenient for traceability analysis of fault data and road test trajectory matching.
     
  4. Diverse Recording Modes for Fault Location
     
    Configurable via ZCANConfigTool/CANDTU professional configuration tools it supports multiple recording modes including long-term recording conditional recording pre-trigger recording and timing recording. With a dedicated Trigger button it can mark bus message data in real time quickly locate occasional bus faults and greatly improve the efficiency of fault diagnosis and analysis.
     
  5. Industrial-Grade Reliability & Wide Adaptability
     
    With 2500VDC high-voltage electrical isolation design it can work stably in the temperature range of -40~85℃ (excluding SD card) and supports DC 9~48V wide voltage power supply. The metal shell has excellent anti-interference and anti-vibration performance adapting to the harsh working environments of vehicle-mounted and industrial field.
     
  6. Rich Interfaces & Multi-Protocol Support
     
    Integrates 1 LIN bus channel 1 digital input and 1 digital output channel meeting the multi-scenario data acquisition and control needs of automotive and industrial equipment. Built-in RTC real-time clock provides accurate time stamping for all recorded data ensuring the accuracy and traceability of data analysis.
     
  7. Multiple Data Formats & Software Compatibility
     
    The recorded data can be directly saved or converted into 9 common file formats including blf crf asc and csv via tools which is fully compatible with mainstream analysis software such as ZXDoc and ZCANPRO. It is also adapted to ZWS-CAN smart cloud platform realizing integrated remote data acquisition cloud analysis and cloud debugging.
