The SDG3000X series features 16-bit vertical resolution, a maximum output frequency of 200MHz, a sampling rate of 1.2GSa/s, and a maximum memory depth of 40Mpts per channel. It adopts innovative EasyPulse and TrueArb technologies, which significantly reduce waveform jitter. Equipped with a 7-inch capacitive touchscreen, the SDG3000X supports intuitive operation settings. It also has the capabilities of sequence wave generation, noise generation, harmonic generation, IQ signal generation, PRBS pattern generation, and various complex signal generation, and supports multi-pulse output, facilitating double-pulse testing of power devices. As a multi-functional waveform generation device, the SDG3000X is widely used in fields such as communications, semiconductors, new energy, scientific research and education, providing more options for different testing solutions.
