NHG60 gloss meter features with 60° angle, manufactured according to ISO2813 and GB/T 9754. It is also compatible with the standards of ASTM D523, ASTM D2457. NHG60 conforms to JJG696 first class gloss meter working requirement, corresponding with CIE 1931(2°) under CIE C light source.

NHG60 gloss meter can test material with gloss (0-1000Gu), and universally apply to paint, ink, stoving varnish, coating, wood products; marble, granite, vitrified polished tile, pottery brick and porcelain; plastic, paper; hardware industries, etc. for gloss measurement and gloss data transmission.

This instrument is a precision optical instrument, so please keep and use it properly, and avoid using and storing it in damp, strong electromagnetic interference, strong light and dusty environment. It is recommended to store the instruments in a standard laboratory environment (temperature 20 degrees Celsius, 1 standard atmospheric pressure, humidity 50~70%RH).

The standard plate is a precision optical element, so it should be properly kept and used. Avoid hitting the working face with sharp objects, polluting the working face with dirt and exposing the standard plate to strong light. Regularly clean the working surface of the standard board with a soft wiping cloth and alcohol. It is best to wipe it only in one direction, and do not rub it back and forth, and ensure that there are no fine particles and impurities in the specific gravity. These particles will damage the surface of the standard board when cleaning.

Do not use acetone solution! When calibrating, the dust on the working face should be removed in time, and the intact and clean standard plate can be calibrated accurately. NHG60 supplies power for the built-in lithium battery. If the instrument is not used for a long time, please charge it every two weeks to protect the performance of the lithium battery and prolong its life. Cleaning the internal optical objects of this instrument can only be done by our after-sales department, and it is recommended to clean it once a year. Do not use cleaning tools to insert the instrument for cleaning, which will cause irreversible damage to the instrument.
